Inspiration versus uncontrolled imagination

Inspiration Versus Uncontrolled Imagination as per the Ancients

Inspiration Versus Uncontrolled Imagination as per the Ancients. Lost civilizations assigned numbers to concepts.  Inspiration and Imagination were once defined by number 1080. Author John Michell has written voluminously on this subject. His take expresses Einstein’s thoughts.  However, his take is in terms of an Earth Spirit that encircles world.

This book placed me on a lifetime journey.
The View Over Atlantis originally placed me on a journey to being inspired.

Einstein’s Take on the Subject

“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited. Whereas, imagination encircles the world.”
Albert Einstein As quoted in “What Life Means to Einstein: An Interview by George Sylvester Viereck“. The Saturday Evening Post (26 October 1929) q:Albert_Einstein

Inspiration Comes From Imagination
When is something inspired and when is it just wild imagination? Einstein knew the difference.

For many it can be extremely difficult to distinguish between between the state of being inspired and uncontrolled imagination.  I will relate it to an article in the New York Times. It is front page in the Arts & Leisure section. Date is Sunday June 10, 2018. Suffice it to say, aspiring can draw from imagination.

Inspiration Can Have Controlled and Uncontrolled Aspects

The New York Times article is entitled “Home is Where the Horror Is.” It talks about how in cinema today stating: Horror has never been more bankable and celebrated than it is now. Michell, in his City of Revelation, discusses the difference between being inspired and wild imagination. Basically, the number 1080 applies to both. Michell has an entire chapter on this number. He writes about how: “The mystic’s vision and the the lunatics nightmare derive from the same source.” Most important, he writes, “the individual alone is responsible for the different forms they assume.”

So What Causes the Lunatic’s Nightmare?

When 1080 takes on the lunatics nightmare aspect, there is a cause. It is usually a reaction against excessive  power and brute force being used  to solve problems. Tone down the brute force, and the lunatic’s nightmares will also lessen. This internal link below explains a little more about number 1080.

Baghdad City Outline Demonstrates Neolithic Measures

Mysterious Diameter measure is here

Mysterious Diameter Measure at the Hopewell Circle

Mysterious Diameter Measure at the Hopewell Circle. The city’s name is derived from its original layout created in 1810. This was within the 1,100 ft diameter of a circle.  The circle was a Hopewell tradition earthwork dating to the early centuries of the Common Era. The county courthouse was built in the center of the innermost circle. The circular outline was soon obliterated. By the late 1830s a group of citizens decided to changed the layout to a standard grid. This was accomplished by the mid-1850s. All traces of the Hopewell earthwork were destroyed. However, anyone with specific knowledge of the past can link the circle to prehistoric times. Conclusions are quite startling.

Mysterious Diameter Measure is Found in the Original Layout

I have a particular interest in Circleville.  On June 2 2018 I gave a concert at the Circleville High School. The story of the concert is nothing short of miraculous. Shortly, a youtube video of the concert will be posted. Keep checking my posts for the link of the actual concert. Also, please read about the incredible story of the concert on the internal link below.

The question becomes: Why is 1100 feet a mysterious diameter measure? What profound secrets does it hold? Basically, its measure explains lost secrets from a former and now lost civilization.

  1. A secret code in the diameter measure is to be found in the Hebraic Tree of Life.
  2. It illustrates another secret code that is prominent on the 3 x 3 number square.

These secret codes can open the gates that lead to a Golden Age of Peace and Plenty.

Number Code on Tree of Life Hides the Mysterious Diameter Measure of 1100 by Number

Diagram of the Hebraic Tree of Life

So where is 1100 on the diagram to the immediate right? The numbered tree of life has three vertical pillars. Its numbers work in opposite polarities. They also work three at the time. Ancients attached their preferred units of measure to the numbers. The numbers were of key importance regardless of measure used.  Thus on the Tree we have:

  • 357 + 742 = 1100
  • Reverse the numbers. We still get 1100: 753 + 247 = 1100.

1100 is also Prominent on the Prime Number Square. Now we can go one step further into the past. Where did the hidden 1100 on the Tree come from? It came from an even more ancient square of numbers. It is also hidden. This time it is camouflaged in the prime 3 x 3 number number square. The Chinese call this square the Lo Shu. The Christians call it the Grain of Mustard Seed. Below is the standard depiction from antiquity:

Image result for picture of the Tree of Life on DSOworks.com
The prime number square is also the most complex. This is the traditional arrangement of the numbers.

Add the numbers two at the time. This is explained below. 660 and 440 will appear. Add these two numbers: 660 + 440 = 1100.

  • Horizontally: (49 + 61) + (16 + 94) + (35 + 75) + (53 + 57) + (81 + 39) + (18 + 92) = 660
  • Vertically: (43 + 67) + (34 + 76) + (95 + 15) + (59 + 51) + (27 + 83) + (72 + 38) = 660
  • 440 is another major characteristic number on the square. Here is just one way it uses 440: Add the numbers around the perimeter two as the time. Go either clockwise or counter clockwise. You get 440.  For example: 49 + 92 + 27 + 76 + 61 + 18 + 83 + 34 = 440. Try the other way.

. The Hopewell tradition refers to the common aspects of the Native American culture. It flourished along rivers in the northeastern and midwestern United States. Years were from 200 BCE to 500 CE. The Hopewell tradition was not a single culture or society. It was a widely dispersed set of related populations. They were connected by a common network of trade routes.[1] The routes were called the Hopewell Exchange System.

How far back can we trace the use of number squares? Was Plato correct in his relating the story of Atlantis? Are the American Indians the long  lost tribes of Israel? The point is: Every question, when answered, simply raises more questions. Keep checking DSOworks.com. More events and posts will be in the making.

Lecture Magic for Me in Circleville Thanks to Rubinoff and His Violin. Life can spin out of control. Sometimes this can be in  wonderful ways. Sometimes events can spin badly.  In Circleville it was very good. First, I will define key words in this blog. First word to define  is Circleville, Ohio. The featured picture was taken at the lectern in the auditorium at Circleville High School.  Date was June 2, 2018. A concert honoring Rubinoff and His Violin was about to take place.  I am standing at the podium for two reasons;

  1. To give a lecture. It covered high points of my 15 year association with Rubinoff and His Violin.
  2. I will be performing on the piano. My position will be to accompany violin maestro Steven Greenman. We were set to play several arrangements I made with Rubinoff.

Also included was a 28 piece high powered orchestra. Assembled for the performance were top instructors. They were  from leading musical programs at top universities around Ohio. This performance was the vision of the conductor, Joseph Rubin. He is also the curator of the Ted Lewis Museum in Circleville. Please keep checking my posts. Samples and segments from the concert will soon be available on youtube.

With his trademark battered top hat and clarinet, Circleville’s own Ted Lewis drew standing room only houses. He sold millions of records He starred in every entertainment medium from Vaudeville to Television. His career spanned five decades.

Lecture Magic in Circleville, Ohio

So what’s magical about this concert? An element of the mystical is found in the very town of Circleville. The city’s name is derived from its original layout. It was created in 1810 within the 1,100 ft (340 m) diameter of a circle. Many future blogs will be appearing about this  1100 foot diameter. It will illustrate a connection to prehistoric cultures. The Hopewell tradition earthwork dates back to the early centuries of the Common Era.

Dave loved the American Indian tradition. I specify this in my lecture magic. He, like many Europeans, was enchanted by Indian ways and wisdom. The decor of both of his homes amply illustrate this great love. It is most fitting  that he will be honored at the Ted Lewis Museum. Ted was from Circleville. The Museum is actually almost directly across the street from his residence. I had a personalized museum  tour. Wow!

Advanced Science in Antiquity

Advanced Science Used Number Squares in B .C.

Advanced Science Used Number Squares in B .C. Today, periodic charts are in vogue. Number square, I believe, were used in the past. Perhaps they are even more revealing than the periodic chart? My internal link below puts forth Neolithic possibilities. In the link, I explain how such knowledge was possibly the remnant of a lost civilization. Yes, Atlantis is in the running. Whatever the event,  it is lost from collective memory. However, number squares are the survivors. Their application has been lost. Many blogs on DSOworks are about reactivating these squares. The most intriguing is the smallest number square. I believe the gospels were referring to this number square.  It is 3 x 3. This is because if you know its secret codes, it becomes gigantic.

advanced science as a parable
A Jan Luyken etching of the grain of mustard seed parable.

Etching by Jan Luyken illustrating the parable, from the Bowyer Bible.

The Parable of the Mustard Seed is one of the shorter parables of Jesus. It appears in Matthew (13:31–32), Mark (4:30–32), and Luke (13:18–19). In the Gospels of Matthew and Luke, it is immediately followed by the Parable of the Leaven, which shares this parable’s theme of the Kingdom of Heaven  growing from small beginnings. It also appears in the non-canonical Gospel of Thomas (verse 20).

Neolithic Periodic Chart is Number Squares, Here’s How – DSO Works

Sometimes in our quest for knowledge for advanced science, we can be blinded by a light that is too bright. The bright light of the  periodic chart is such a light. The table was published by Dmitri Mendeleev.[2] The year was 1869. He built upon earlier discoveries Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier and John Newlands.

On the featured picture please notice:

  • The charactertistic number is what any two opposite numbers total. Any two opposite numbers on the 9 x9 square above total 82. This number number square of the Moon defines the atomic number of the ash of nuclear fission. That is lead-82.
  • The characteristic number on the 5 x 5 number square is 26. Iron has a 26 atomic number. Iron defines the limits of nuclear fusion on stars. When enough iron is fused at the core of a star, the star explodes.  That is what creates the heavier elements.

Much has been overlooked on the periodic chart. This is because it ignores ancient number squares. I think that placing number squares into fresh focus can initiate a new Golden Age of peace and plenty.

Enhancing Jupiter instructions are lost.

Enhancing Jupiter Creates Harmony

Enhancing Jupiter Creates Harmony. With this blog I again try to delve into the destroyed past. So much has been ruined. For one, the Library at Alexandria was burned down during Roman times.  It was the jewel par excellence of ancient knowledge.  In general, conquerors made it a habit to destroy even traces of their subdued civilizations.  Another example was ancient Carthage. It also was subdued by the Romans. About 50,000 Carthaginians were sold into slavery.[65] The city was set ablaze and razed to the ground.  Only ruins and rubble remain (feature picture). How did philosophers of the past attempt to prevent such occurrences?

Ancients tried to enhance beneficial effects of Jupiter

Jupiter was thought to the great benefactor of mankind. This is symbolized in the woodcarving of the listless angel pictured below. It displays the classic  4 x 4 number square in the background.   Ancient civilizations used this number code to call on the beneficial effects of Jupiter. In the carving,  this square is mounted underneath the bell. The bell meant to draw her attention to it. When it does, she will cheer up. Being a musician, I have blogged extensively about harmony. Reading the 3 internal links below will offer background on this little known topic.

Harmony in life comes from Jupiter and its number square.

Enhancing Jupiter – This planet was associated with luck, fortune and wealth.

  • Plato refers to the 272 as the number of harmony in his Canon Harmonia was the wife of Cadmus. Her name in Greek, spelled with the letters add up to 272. This is by the rules of gematria.  Here is the connection between the 4 x 4 number square and harmony. Total all the numbers from 1 – 16 on this square. The sum is 136. Multiply 136 x 2 = 272. Harmony is therefore the twice enhanced value square of Jupiter. That poses a question:  Is a person who finds harmony in his is life twice as happy as one who has only found wealth?

Great Kiva in Chaco Canyon & Glastonbury Abbey

Great Kiva in Chaco Canyon & Glastonbury Abbey. Yes, you read the title correctly. They can be directly compared.  Numbers by area or length illustrate the principle to which a holy site was dedicated. St Mary’s Chapel and the Great Kiva used the same number: 166.5.  There was an ancient goddess tradition: The numbers used were considered more basic than the units of measure that defined them.  Check out my internal link to the Glastonbury Abbey Archives below. Then look the my  featured picture above. It is is of the Great Kiva in the Chaco Canyon. The Canyon had 37 ceremonial centers. The largest was that of the featured picture. It was 53 feet in diameter. That makes the diameter 166.5 feet.

Image result for map of the Chaco Canyon

But, you say, how can you compare area to circumference? How can you compare feet to megalithic yards? In ancient cultures number stood supreme. I am certainly not the first to say this. I recommend studying the voluminous works s of author, John Michell in this regard. My specific reference in this case is to his City of Revelation: on the Proportions and Symbolic Numbers of the Cosmic Temple. Published by Ballantine Books, New York, 1973. I reference pages 44-46.

A Good Reading Source for the Great Kiva in Chaco Canyon

My source for the measurements of the Great Kiva is Mysterious Places:The World’s Unexplained Symbolic Sites, Ancient Cities and Lost Lands edited by Jennifer Westwood. The Chaco Canyon civilization dates back to 1000 A.D. They had complex urban residences. There skill in stonework was above the European at the time.  They also were consummate basket weavers. There weaving was waterproof. Even their  unearthed gaskets today are still waterproof. Their artistry in pottery used elaborate geometric patterns. They are known by their Navaho name, Anasazi. Yes, there once wa a universal civilization. It was based on number squares. Especially used was the traditional 3 x 3. 1665 is prominent on this square. The internal link just below tells where it is hiding.

Great Kiva uses the same number- 166.5
The area of the St Mary’s chapel at Glastonbury was 166.5 square megalithic yards.

Ancient Area Unit Numbers are Revealing

Ancient Area Unit Numbers are Revealing. Below are units of length. These numbers were then used in squared form by ancient builders. The second internal link shows my source of the measures.  Area measure was used in other ways in past ages. Knowledge of this still survives if you look hard enough.  First, notice below, by mathematics English yard of 3 feet should actually be 2.979… feet. Squaring this slightly smaller figure given below equals 8.88 square feet.  Thus, two of the area unit numbers use repeated numbers. They are:

(1) Palestinian cubit square of 4.44 square feet.

(2) The mathematically true (not rounded up)  figure for the English square yard as 8.88 square feet.

ancient area unit choices varied by a set formula discovered by Jay Hambidge
Ancient area map

Repeated numbers have made their way into our culture in other ways.  Witness the popularity of “888 product sales in business.”  As a matter of fact all of the 9 basic digits are repeated  for selling. Repeated numbers make reference to  the 3 x 3 number square.  It contains an infinity of hidden number codes based on repeated numbers. Scope out “infinity” on DSOworks.com

Also notable: The Commandments of the Hebrew Torah are also numbered by ancient measures: There are 248 positively stated commandments. The 365 negatively stated ones tell you what not to do.  The internal link immediately below explains the +5 discrepancy for the 243 numbers that define the Roman pace and the positive commandments.

Basic Units of Ancient Measure

1.2165… feet = 1 remen
1.2165 feet x √2 = 1.72… feet – one royal cubit
1.2165 feet x √3 = 2.107… feet- one Palestinian cubit
1.2165 feet x  √4 = 2.43… feet – one Roman pace
1.2165 feet x  √5 = 2.72… feet – one megalithic yard etc., up to…(copied from internal link above).

1.2165 feet x √6  = 2.979…feet – It was rounded up to 3 feet.
1.2165 feet x √8 = 3.44 square feet

1.2165 feet x √9 = 3.65… feet

Ancient Area Unit Numbers Expressed in Square Feet

One remen squared = 1.48 square feet.
One royal cubit squared = 3 square feet.
One Palestinian cubit squared = 4.44 square feet
One Roman pace squared = 6 square feet.
One megalithic yard squared = 7.4 square feet.
The 1.2165…foot remen x square root of six  (as 1.2165 feet x √6)  = 2.979…feet)  2.979… ² =8.88 square feet. Of course the British yard is rounded up to a full three feet. When that is done, it makes the square yard equal to 9 square feet.

Image result for wikipedia picture of a yardstick
Yardstick based on the full 3 foot long British yard.

Repeated numbers also found their way into gematria. That’s the ancient equation of numbers and letters.  Damascus, when spelled with Hebrew letters equals 444. (Link is below) Dalet (right to left) is 4, (mem) is 40, shin is 300, kuf is 100 = 444.  In this manner, Damascus makes direct reference to the Palestinian square cubit of 4.44 feet. It is well known that “Jesus” spelled with Greek letters equates with 888 by gematria. That makes reference to the shorter “English” square yard  as 8.88 square feet.

Profound ancient measures and knowledge of Atlantis are found in the Egyptian remen

Profound Numerical Egyptian Knowledge in Remen

Profound Numerical Egyptian Knowledge in Remen. Yes, this blog also points to the advanced civilization known as Atlantis.  For more about the remen, read the internal  link below. The link  in turn contains two more relevant links.  The remen was the basis of ancient measure. Its imprint is still on the three foot English yard.

But here is what is surprising to most.  The 1.2165… foot long remen displays knowledge of the 92 regenerative elements of the periodic chart. The most common isotope of uranium has 92 protons and 146 neutrons. Its atomic mass is 238 (92 + 146). It is no co-incidence that a remen equals 14.6 inches. Likewise, the number of neutrons in uramium 238 is 146. If you scoff at this co-incidence, also consider this: A numerical pattern formulated by R. Buckminster Fuller for elements holds the numerical atomic particle pattern of Ur (238).

The remen uses pround numerical patterns postulated by Fuller
Fuller opened the way for  profound discoveries.

Profound Nature of the Remen is Everywhere in Nature

He discuss the tangent packing of spheres in successive layers. A central sphere can be surrounded by 12 equal sized spheres in the 1st layer. Next, 42 spheres can be packed in a tangent way around the original twelve spheres making the second layer.  For the 3rd layer, 92 spheres can be packed around the preceding 42. Fuller gives a formula for sphere packing: It is (n² x 10) + 2.  “N” becomes the number of the layer in consideration. So, the  4th layer would be 4 x 4 x 10 + 2 for 162. Uranium 238 has 92 protons. That number is defined by the 3rd layer. Next, add the numbers of the 1st 2nd and 3rd layers. We have 12+ 46 + 92 = 146. That becomes the number of protons in the most common isotope of Uranium.

Richard Buckminster “Bucky” Fuller (/ˈfʊlər/; July 12, 1895 – July 1, 1983)[1] was an American architectsystems theorist, author, designer, and inventor. Fuller published more than 30 books, coining or popularizing terms such as “Spaceship Earth“, ephemeralization, and synergetic.

The remen of 14.6 inches is a universal measure. The Hebrew word for world (or universe) is Olam. Rules of gematria equate it with 146-  עוֹלָם is the spelling with Hebrew letters.  In ancient languages letters and numbers often shared the same symbol. Also, numbers were frequently multiplied by powers of ten. Please read the internal link below for an explanation. It explains mathematically how the largest is hidden in the smallest.

Number square standard set in ancient Greece

Number Square Standard Set by Sparta/Athens

Number Square Standard Set by Sparta/Athens. There are two types of number squares. First are the odd numbered. Sparta puts forth the odd ideals.  This is set in the 1st number square. It is the 3 x 3. The second type are the even. Athens was the prototype of the 4 x 4 number square. It is the 1st even number square. This blog will concern itself only with centers of these 1st two squares in this infinite series.  As described by Hesiod, peace and plenty once marked  a lost Golden Age. It was maintained by these number squares.  Below are couple of internal links. They can offer an idea of  how they were used.

Number Square Standard of Sparta/Athens Identified

Here is a quick review of some basic ideals of each of these two city-states and the number square standard.

Fourfold orientation comes from the magic square of Jupiter
Interconnection and love are demonstrated by the 4 numbers that interact at the center.
The smallest of the number squares was invoked on the 6th day of Creation when God said it was "very good."
Independence and strength come from the center of this prime example.

So What About the Number Square Centers for Sparta and Athens?

  • In Sparta, military used rank, order, rigidity in a caste system. Thus the center of the 3 x 3 number square seemingly stands alone. It is marked by number “5”. It does have interconnections. However, they are there but lie  hidden. They have been waiting for a Golden Age to be uncovered.
  • In Athens both culture and philosophy, as is true everywhere, are based on interconnection. Here’s how this parallels the 4 x 4 square. : Note the 4 numbers at the center of the 4 x 4 square. Set one consists of  6 + 11 = 17. Set two has  10 + 7 = 17. Here we have a central equality by addition. The equality exists in a second manner way by multiplication: Take the same two pairs of numbers. This time, multiply them as ( 6 x 11)  and  (10 x 7).  As 66 + 70, they total  136. Next,  total the square’s individual numbers from 1 thru 16. They total also 136. This means the full numerical potential of the square exists in this cross multiplication and then addition of the four central numbers in the manner described. This sets the pattern for all even number squares.

Conclusion: These two city states were conceived to represent the two aspects of a lost number square order. They graphically illustrate the basic concepts behind both types of centers. The 1st chapter of Genesis accomplishes exactly the same. It has also preserved this lost order for the future. The time is here to revive this happy and even joyful, lost epoch. My education and understanding of number squares came from a female spirit belonging to  the Lennie Lenape.  The Oquaga Spirit Speaks is such a product on DSOworks.com. Click on the link below.

Cycles part 2 about the Nature of Time

Cycles Part Two-2 About the Nature of Time

Cycles Part Two-2 About the Nature of Time. Today, many are taken with measuring speed. We all know the speed of light in vacuum.  It commonly denoted c.   That is a universal physical constant.  It important in many areas of physics. Its exact value is 299,792,458 metres per second (approximately 3.00×108 m/s, or 300,000 km/s (186,000 mi/s)[Note 3]). However, in the past, cycles of time were more significant and relevant than its speed. The Stonehenge being a prime example. Eclipses of the Sun deserved more attention then the amount of time light takes to get the Earth from the Sun.

Cycles part two-2 Advances Ancient Ideas About Light
Light may also be considered through the filter of cycles. That was an ancient approach.

We have a Foundation for the Study of Cycles. It was initiated by Edward R. Dewey. It affiliated with of the University of Pittsburgh. The Foundation acts as a clearinghouse for various types of cycles. They co-ordinate cycles of social and physical scientists. In 1964 they published a list of 1280 cycles.

Also below is an internal link. It co-orinates musical triads, the Moon and cyclic nature of time.

phases of the Moon Archives – DSO Works

Cycles Part Two-2

The Foundation for the Study of Cycles found that seemingly unrelated topics were related by cycles of time. If a certain cycles lasts for “X” number of months, then:

  • Other cycles last an equal length of time.
  • Also, their high and low points of cyclic activity occur together.

In this manner a 9.6 year cycle is shared by the following populations: (1) Salmon fish in the Atlantic Ocean. (2) Chinch bugs in Illinois. (3) Canadian snowshoe rabbits. (4) Populations as lynx, marten, hawks and other fish. These populations increase for one-half of the time of the total cycle. They then decrease for the other half. Even the incidence of heart disease in the United States follows the same pattern.

It’s about time we stopped measuring everything only in terms of speed. Quantity counts. However, an argument can be made that quality is even more significant. Time must be considered in all its aspects.  That is what we should consider. Certainly, our ancestors did.
